This Course is Intended for : : Health Students or Professionals in Health Care or Educators (No trainers)
1. Attendance:
- Mandatory in the days and hours established. 8 months Course , LEVEL 1. (CONNECTION ONCE A WEEK)( 1-hour connection)
- Eighty percent (80%) of presenteeism is a minimum necessary to complete the course.Each student will have a day and time of connection (to appoint)
- The Timeframe in connection to both the student and / or the institution of 15 minutes on hold, (for Internet problems).
- Be recovered up to 2 classes (notified non-attendance).
- Visits to AAT practices are included within the Compulsory attendance required.. (The student will have to visit an institution) and should film Her-his AAT work, and then forward this film To Us .
2. EVALUATION SYSTEM:
There are three types of existing evaluation.
- Submission of essay.
- Evaluation of Clinical Case approach
- Exams : 1, 2, 3, 4.
- Exams // Field Testing / Practice with dogs (video)
- Visits to AAT practices are included within the Compulsory attendance required.. (The student will have to visit an institution) and should film Her-his AAT work, and then forward this film To Us .
* All dates are fixed by calendar and deadlines in terms for the given course programming
* Absent for any reason will be considered administratively as lost opportunity.
* No files will be sent (by mail)For the classes that the student was absent.
* This regime has deadlines to deliverthe work tand will be established by each teacher..
* All theoretical and practical work will be evaluated, taking the score, which will turn to the student’s file.
3. VALIDITY OF THE COURSE:
If due to absenteeism than the maximum set,for academic or non-payment , the student will run out of opportunities to follow this course: it can draw on when issued next year.
Si por causa de un ausentismo superior al máximo fijado, for academic or non-payment, el alumno queda libre en el curso: The student may re-take when ll open the next course.
4. CERTIFICATES:
-The Certificate will be awarded to approve the assessments according to each of the procedures laid. LEVEL 1, LEVEL 2, LEVEL 3.
- All those students who complete the 3 levels course , going to get the ” International Certification in Animal-Assisted Therapy”
- Payment types : Dollars – Payment by Check Or Paypal Account .
